Just wondering is this development sold out does anyone know? Says on their website new phase launching soon but think that could be old.
Anyone live here or waiting to move in?
 
Live nearby - there was very little going on there for the last year, I see more apts going up. There were Way overpriced though - rooms are quite small and not really near any amenities like shops - new bus is good. Better value nearby in Prospect, Dalriada, woodstown etc
 
cheers thanks for replying, just the new and lack of stamp duty was intriguing but agree not worth it at all!
 
Dalriada is across the road literally and better designed houses IMHO- same builders as Hunterswood and Woodstown. They are new houses and because they counted as Knocklyon they are about 100k cheaper.
You can have the ultimate Post code snobbery and price snobbery up there.
Stocking Wood counted as Rathfarnham
Dalriada on other side of Road Dublin 16 €100k cheaper
Hunterswood otherside of road from Dalriada Dublin 24 cheaper again!!
All of this within 300mts of each other:p
