Private Ltd Co - Transfer of shares from husband to wife.

Does the Stock Transfer Form need to be signed by a broker/solicitor or is it ok for it just to be signed by the transferor and transferee?

Should company seal be attached?

For Company secretarial ;
I dont think you need a broker/solicitor or seal on the stock transfer form

just dociument it and raise new share certificates and put new shareholdings in the next annual return

for revenue:

think you can just do an SDR2 return on ROS
& submit this

The transfer does not need to be returned to the revenue unless the market value of the shares int he company is greater then €1000. Stamp duty is 1% on the market value.
