Still waiting on arrears on Jobseeker's Allowance.

i finally received my JA 2 weeks ago,however i havent received arrears dating to the start of september.i went to my social welfare office last week and was told it would be there this week but still only the single week when i went to collect my benefit,what should i do?

It can take a few weeks to sort out arrears - the SW office must confirm whether you were paid Supplementary Welfare Allowance (SWA) while waiting on your JA before issuing arrears.

Any SWA paid is subtracted from your JA arrears.
