Sterling v Euro

Anyone know why the variation in the Sterling v Euro rate has turned this last few days and what is the possible outlook.

I saw recently where it was predicted that there would possibly be a euro to pound sterling equivalent but it now is heading in the opposite direction.

Rate cut speculation. Bank of England cuts this Thursday and the ECB Thursday week.

There is speculation that the ECB will have to cut by more than was previously expected.
