Hi,
Myslef and a number of colleagues have been fortunate enough to benefit from a takeover, and have in our hands some sterling cheques. What we were wondering was if it ouwld be possible to pool together to get a better rate as a bunch of us, as oppossed to each of us tottering off to our banks and getting a standard rate. The amounts individually would be significant enough to warrant shopping around, but combined would be much greater so possible a better deal could be got ?
Any suggestions about how we could do this in Ireland, as opposed to opening up stg accounts and transferring over to UK for forex etc ?
