Sterling bank draft

I need a sterling draft for £ 22000, over the coming days. My own bank permanent tsb Dublin can provide one, but the ratevof exchange is extremely poor . My own currency is euro.

Does anyone know any online bank, that would issue a sterling draft.

By definition, digital banks are just that, digital and I've never heard of one issuing cheques or drafts

Why do you need one, can the funds not be paid electronically?
