Sterling - advice needed on brokers and timing.

Have about 40300 sterling lodged with nationwide UK. Put it there when euro looked rough from a Nationwide euro account {wont make that mistake again will use broker recommended by AAM}
Most analysts seem to think sterling will appreciate over the next year.Originally converted 50k in euro. Would appreciate any comment on brokers or timing.
