Statutory redundancy pay

I am about to be made redundant by an insolvent employer. Does anyone know how long it taks for statutory redundancy pay to come through. And can i claim for both statutory redundancy and statutory notice pay together or seperatly?

Don't know about all your queries, but my son was made redundant a year past Sept & his Statutory redundancy took 10 months to come through. I hope it is faster for you.

Just checked there and I sent 2 forms in to Dept on 6th-March and they had a query on 9th-May. Lady I was speaking to in Dept said that once she received my email she would be processing the payments straight away so roughly 9 weeks.

Redundancy is claimed using Form RP50
Notice is claimed using Form IP1
