The NTMA have edited the State Savings website.

There is a new buy online option in the navigation bar.

I think this online purchase option is a new addition to the ways to open State Savings products.
 
Anyone find any more information on this -max. or min. - debit card -limit etc.

They hardly expect you to go fill out e-mail address, PPSN etc. before finding out how this actually operates.
 
you have to register in the first instance to use this by completing a paper form available at the Post Office. Once you are set up as a registered owner then you can purchase online
