startup business and personal tax liability!

starting up a new business and wanted some advice please
1- would a tax liability my husband has with revenue have any impact on me setting up
we are currently jointly assessed so would us opting to be assessed seperately before i register be an option if no 1 is a problem!!!!

1. Edit your post and change the title to something that summarises your actual question e.g. "startup business and personal tax liabilities"
2. Break your points / detailed questions out into individual paragraphs.
