I want to purchase the vehicles directly from say Fiat or Puegot without having to register the vehicle until it has been sold to the customer. I understand that I need to apply to Revenue in order to deal in unregistered vehicles. My question is, once I am an authorised motor dealer, what's the next step in obtaining a new, unregistered van. Do I simply call up Joe Duffy van sales or a Puegot dealer and tell them I'm in the trade and want to buy a van without it being registered?
Is there a way around going to a dealer? Is it possible to buy directly from Puegot at a better rate?
