Stanley Brandon Oil Cast Iron Range Cooker for cooking only?

I was wondering if anyone has a[broken link removed] for cooking only?

I was hoping to get one for heating and hot water but the plumber said we would need one that can cover aleast 120,000 BTU .

I really love them but would like to know this.
