stamp duty on site

How much stamp duty would I expect to pay on a small site with FPP for a house of 1200 square feet? I think it is 9% of the site price. I am not a first time buyer. After I have purchased the site I will probably apply for planning for a 2000 square foot house. Thanks.

Stamp duty is calculated based on site value, wheck revenue.ie and search for stamp duty

Thanks for that. The site is above the €150k threshold so it looks like i'm liable for 9%.

Also check whether thes site cost includes VAT as the stamp duty is based on the VAT exlcusive price
