Stamp Duty on Site Purchase

Hi folks,

When does stamp duty kick in on Site Purchase. One source I checked seems to say that Stamp Duty is payable after €10k irrespective.

I thought as I am buying a site for a self build PPR that tehre would be no stamp up to €127k - can someone please clarify this for me?

this is right
land is treated differently from houses. it doesnt matter who you are or what you intend doing with it.

I paid 8% on land for a self build so for 150000 euro site I paid 12000 euro stamp.
