Stamp duty on irish shares

According to the revenue website no stamp duty on share amount of €1,000 or less and I also have this on an email from stampduty at revenue and I detailed that the shares were bank of ireland. But Campbell o Connor stockbrokers states this is incorrect and stamp duty on all share amounts?? Who is right????

I don't know, but 1% of €1,000 is €10

The €1,000 exemption does not apply to share transfers effected through CREST.
