Just to confirm... there is no stamp duty on ETFs investments (EU or Non-Eu), is there?

That is correct.

Share transfers in Irish domiciled ETFs are exempt from stamp duty and there is no stamp duty in the US or Luxembourg on the transfer of securities.

Yep.

However, I would point out that funds (including ETFs) will pay stamp duty on the acquisition of shares in any Irish or UK companies and those stamp duty costs are not reflected in a fund's TER.
