Total sq meter size is 140 sq.meters The ground floor is made up of garage space of 20 sq meters. I am a 2nd time buyer but am hoping that I can avoid stamp duty on this property (property new and under 125 sq meters). So my question is, for stamp duty purposes, is the size of this home 140 or 120 sq meters? thanks
