Stamp duty for second time buyer new build

We want to sell our house with the intention of buying a site and building a house on it. Would stamp duty apply and what percentage do you know?
 
Stamp duty would apply on the purchase of the land this is based on a % price of your land so it depends on how much your site costs.

Thanks Jolly Man for replying to my question. Will Stamp Duty apply on the cost of building the house?
 
As nige said no stamp duty on the building just the site price which the % can ne seen below
