Stamp duty charged per card or per account?

Can anyone tell me if the stamp duty on credit cards changed this year so that you pay one stamp duty per year or are you still charged per card? i.e. if i transfer my balance to a new card will i get hit with additional stamp duty.

You should never have paid per card - rather per CC account. If you have more than one CC account at the same time then you pay SD on each. Otherwise there are (for the past year or so?) [broken link removed] to allow you to pay it only once if you have only one at any time.
