Stamp Duty and property tax?????

I can't believe this oversight I may have made. Can someone clarify for me, Do you any stamp duty on a new Property for an owner occupier if bought this year?

And secondly, is there a property tax exemption if purchasing a new property by 31 October 2013 this year?

Did you check the FAQ's on LPT on Revenue.ie?

There is exemptions in place, you will need to check if you qualify.

There is no stamp duty exemptions no matter what the status.
