Stained glass for attic panel

We have what i think are two plastic/perspex tiles in the roof of our house (around the crumlin area). the attic panel from the landing into the attic is also made of glass so a bit of light floods down onto the landing during the day.

the glass is a little knackered and we are entertaining the idea of getting stained glass replacements put in. Questions:
1. does anyone know someone who has done this - does it look well?
2. Any recommendations for a workshop? I priced it in a local place and avery plain pattern would cost approx €200 upwards (we'd be using the original timber frame).

Can't comment on how it will look. We had coloured/leaded glass installed recently in the front porch by Churchtown Glass. I take it that you have decided not to insulate the panel?
