Stage payments

Hi,

Building a timber frame house and was just interested in how other people got their mortgage stage payments. First stage for me will be finished floor level. then not sure.

on a block build you would get one stage at wall plate and another at roof finished. what do people recommend for the timber frame seen as these will come pretty much together?
