Staff Back From a 3 day week to 5 day Week - What are the procedures?

Was wondering what are the procedures for Re instating employees back to a 5 day week from a 3 day week. Several Staff went on a 3 day week back in October 2009 but boss has dediced we are going to re-employ them back to a 5 day week from 01/02/2010, but finding it difficult to find out the correct procedures.

Any advice welcome.

If they are claiming JB for the days not employed, then they just sign off on the last day of unemployment.
