Have bought in here, and have been told conflicting info on completion date.
Have been told April, July & now August. Has anyone heard anything similar???

Sorry that I don't have an answer your question, but would you have details of what prices (in general or for all units-I'm not trying to find out what YOU paid!) were for that estate?

In regards to your query, builders generally take the first 2 weeks of August as their Summer holidays (as far as I know), so this could have some bearing on your completion date.

As far as i know the 3 bed town houses started at 350k and are now uo to 450k.. dont have any info on the other prices
