St Mochta's, Coolmine, D15

Opinions please re this estate. What percentage of houses are rented out? Are some cul-de-sacs better than others? There was a thread a couple of years ago re this estate lamenting the fact that it seemed to have gone downhill. I'd like to know if this has changed.

Hi Round Tuit,
I would say approx. 80% of the estate is rented out being quite honest. I think probably the best parts of the estate are st. mochta's close or lawn but i think it's gone very downhill particulary in the last few months

Wow Rex, 80% rental is very high. That, in itself, may not bother the people considering moving there as they are currently in an apartment complex. The going downhill is not good though. Thanks - will pass it on.
