St James Court, Kilmainham

I've just viewed an apartment for sale in the apartment complex St James Court, Kilmainham and really liked it. It's not in the apartment block looking onto the Mt Brown road but in behind that block looking onto the river Camac in what looks like a big townhouse building. I'm wondering does anyone live there or has anyone heard anything about this complex. Is is safe? Nice area to live? Value for money to buy? Asking price was 290k but would not pay that.

They do weekly reports on all of Ireland on the price drops that appear on DAFT MYHOME etc. I know that there are a fair few drops in your general area or at least there were
