What are the likely opportunities for businesses and the 'ordinary' investors if this agreement is signed off. ..

Where would be a good place to buy. Dundalk I suspect would be in for investment. ....... what about villages close to the border will they benefit....
 
Forget about it. Yet again there is a big headline agreement and yet again it all boils down to "Aaaaaaaaah, I didn't know I would have to [insert condition here], I'm not doing that, go stick it . . ."

The conditions are things like [sit in the same room as yer man], [obey the law of the land], [drink Barrys tea], [have a red hand of Ulster on the headed paper].
