Some questions on SSAP's

1. Can tax relief be gained from AVC's on this type of scheme.

2. What is the procedure in changing pensioneer trustee?
I checked with the revenue to see if my pensioneer trustee was on their list and lo'n behold they aren't listed, so I'm keen to change.

3. Finally, can anyone recommend some investment products for a pension scheme.

THE TRUST DEED SETS OUT THE PROCEDURE. GENERALLY A DEED OF APPOINTMENT OF NEW TRUSTEE IS NEEDED

ARE YOU SAYING SOMEONE IS PURPORTING TO BE A PENSIONEER TRUSTEE BUT IS NOT. I KNOW REVENUE PREPARED A LIST SOME TIME AGO BUT I HAVE COME ACROSS GENUINE TRUSTEES WHO ARE NOT ON IT.
