Squeaky plastic panel inside the passenger door of my car. How to resolve?

The plastic panel inside the passenger door of my car is a bit squeaky where the window meets the door.

Anyone have any ideas how to resolve this??

WD40 perhaps?!?!

Try vaseline as it would be a more permanent solution

Be careful of using anything (like vaseline, sorry horse) that will allow dirt to stick to it at this might make a small probelm bigger. Sorry, I don't have a solution to your problem.

is it the door panel itself or the rubber strip between the panel and the door glass and is it an old car
