Northside for sale

Terraced house : 38 sq meters 355,000
Terraced house : 62 sq meters 425,000

Does the 1st look wrong. Do people pay alot of attention to square meters?

It is advisable to pay some attention to 'em as they are the basis on which you determine how big your furniture is, how much flooring you need etc...just being facetious

Thats basically what it is. The hallway is the dining room area! No kidding either.

Its now going for 357,000. Northside property. Near the mater so v. good rental potential but looks like one of those properties that if the market changed you would get stung badly.

Dont know. Still thinking about it.
 
I'd agree with what you're thinking. When the market turns this is the type of property that nobody will want to buy.
 
went for 368,500 in the end. for 38 sq metres. ! Northside !
 


And what a sting this must be now...ooouch
