My apologies, I left out one important piece that was actually the crux of the question. No children so I'd be leaving my house to my 2 neices. I suppose I'd be leaving them a nice tax bill really, so Even though Spry is expensive, I don't actually care, I'll be gone and would rather live comfortably when I'm young enough rather than leave it behind me.
