Does anyone know if this should have been applied by now, or does it take a few weeks?

Electric Ireland applied the €200 credit to my account on the 3rd of March

Credited for March, not that it took the sting out of it or anything

I have night storage heaters and immersion (neither used all of the time) and with the various credits I've hardly had to pay anything in the last few months.

This is the fourth one.

Fourth Mar 2023

I found I've missed it because I moved house the last week of Feb, and closed the account. It took me a couple days to set up the new account with a new supplier. I thought the credit should have been applied to the last bill but was told it's the account you're using on 27th Feb that decides it and I had no account on that date

Does anybody know if the Electricity Credit is taxable. I have about €650 credit ( including welcome credit for moving) on a small vacant property undergoing renovation. I am thinking of moving supplier and having credit paid to my bank

On my EI bill dated 7-Mar-2023, the credit is labeled "Govt Electricity Credit 3" in the pre-VAT amount of €183.49CR (€200.01 inc VAT). Am I right in expecting a 4th?

No, the first one was not numbered.
The three over the winter were 1 2 and 3
That's all, folks!

Well, who knows...
