spread trading results

For those who do it how are ye getting on, and what generally is your approach, long term, day trading etc what markets currencies/indexes/ commodities etc.

I dabbled a bit last year and did ok but it was purely luck. It actually scared me off it as it could have went the other way too. Im looking to get back into it again but research it properly and stick to a strategy. Some sites offer one on one tutions and seminars how useful are these does anyone know?

Anywho would be interested to find out how people are getting on spread betting.
