spread betting on Irish property prices

Several months ago, I remember reading of a company that was taking online bets (spread betting I think) on Irish houses that were going to auction. It was quite widely reported in the papers when launched, because their estimates of the likely sale prices were far higher than the auctioneers' guide prices.
Can anyone help out with the name of the company?
