My uncle gifted all his land to one of his sons when he was only 13 20 years ago now. This only came to light two months ago. Uncle denied he had done it but my guess is he wanted assets out of his name for some illegal reason. We have yet to see transfer document. He has a wife and 4 other adult children the issue is his wife isn't well and will require nursing care. They don't own their own house and both receive non contributory pensions. Should the uncle ave been allowed transfer land without his wife's consent. The land was in his name only.
