Spiral Staircases

I have a spiral staircase that needs reconditioning. Any ideas who we could contact? I'm in the Dublin area.

When you say reconditioning what exactly do you mean?

The steps need replacing and the stair rail has a plastic coating which is past it's use-by date - very worn. The metal frame has been painted badly and needs to be stripped back. There are companies out there that provide new spiral staircases but does anyone know of who might offer replacement steps, rails etc.
