Spending Money in Turkey

Hi All

I'm going to Kusadsi for a week. Was wondering how much money to bring, don't want to be too tight with my money.

Was there two years ago, brought about 400Stg with me, brought back loads of leather etc, drank and ate very well for the week and sill brought 100stg home with me. Everything is so cheap, we ended up leaving large tips in restaurants etc because we felt bad that we had got such a good meal for so little money.

Don't bother getting any Turkish money as its value drops constantly. The people there prefer euros/dollars/pounds stg.
