but why do they have 60kph on these supposedly good roads, is this not a money making thing, now that the naas road is upgraded why is there a 60kph, it does not make any sense, it is actually quiet dangerous changing speed limits in this fashion
You can't pass your driving test, illegally drive alone on a provisional and have been done for speeding but now think you know better than the authorities as to what speed limits should apply? Hmmm....
Just to point out....you shouldn't be driving on a provisional on a motorway in any case. And thats designed to protect you as much as anything else with the added speed, volume of traffic etc.
listem mate, im driving for 10 years and am perfectly capable of driving on a motorway, what about all the fools that dont even know the rules of the motor way and who do have full licences
