Special ground insulation for UFH?

Just wondering if there is special Kingspan ground insulation for UFH? <y plumber says there is but he doesn't know the code for it. I have purchased 80mm foil backed Kingspan and would like to check if it's the correct stuff.

Any help would be appreciated.
