Spanish property sale proceeds

I've recently sold a property in spain, I've paid my CGT in Spain and
I've received a certificate (in spainsh) saying as much. Do I just ring
revenue and let them know or can i lodge the cheque and show
the bank the certificate (in spainsh) and expalin the detail to them?

If you're Irish resident you may also have a liability to Irish CGT. Go talk to a tax advisor.
