Spanish property exhibition in Cork

There's a Masa International Spanish property exhibition in Maryborough House Hotel today and tomorrow. I popped in there this afternoon.
Did anyone go to it?

Stay off new build and off-plan in Spain, the real bargains are in the second-hand market. And don´t ever buy anything at an exhibition!

I didn´t go to it for two reasons: I am wintering in Spain away from the cold, and I´m not really sure how to get to Cork!!!
