Spanish Annual Tax Return

Does anyone know the process of fililng out tax form 214 ie relating to a Spanish property owned by a non resident?
Can you fill out the form here and post it to the authorities with payment?
Or is there any firm in Ireland which will do this on behalf of non residents?

Any help in this matter would be appreciated.

would the solicitor you used in purchasing your property not do this for you? What area are you talking about as I am based south of Torrvieja and can recomend a solicitor there if needed.
