Spa Valley: Murcia, outside the town of Archena in Spain.

Does any posters have an update on the construction on phase II? Additionally, what is the situation with withdrawing at this stage as the construction completion has been delayed by several months! Loss of full deposit? Loss of 50% deposit?

Cannot help you with the finishing date of SPA VALLEY 11 but we were buying there at one stage but opted to buy in SPA VALLEY 1 instead. Eventually gave up as we had the same problen as you with delays and overrun. Ours ended up thirteen months later than original finishing date that we were given . We bailed out well before the actual finishing date . We got our full deposit back as we had not signed the final contracts , though it did take us some months to get it back. We had to constantly keep at the irish agent and the contractors over in spain, it was hard work but we got what we wanted in the end. Just lost complete confidence in the project. Can anyone find a recent similar thread entitled "Calling All owners/buyers in Spa Valley" or something similar which seems to have gone off the screen ??
