Southern Spain v Central Europe

Hi,
I am taking a week off end Nov/1st week of December. I'm thinking flying Dublin to Malaga and then perhaps a couple of days in Seville and Granada. Seem like lively interesting places. Alternatively I'm thinking about Prague for a few days then train to Vienna, see the markets etc. Bit worried that it could be too cold whereas although southern spain won't be too warm at least it shouldn't be freezing. Which do you think? Comment welcomed.
