I was hoping to get some advice in relation to sourcing commercial investment opportunities in Belgium and the UK. ( office, retail, warehouses ).
Ideally, I dont want to be working with an agent / broker / intermediary in order to reduce the costs / potential for negotiating lower prices and want to know what the best way is to go about it. The most direct way the better.
In my experience and what has worked for me for residential property, the best option use to be to visit the tax office, land registry or planning office to get the details of the owners and make contact directly; however, I have found it more difficult for large commercial investments.
I would appreciate any feedback from individuals with experience in the field sourcing these type of investment opportunities.
