Sourcing A4 page with labels at the bottom

Hi everyone

I'm trying to source A4 paper that has some mailing labels incorporated at the bottom half/third of the page, along the lines of the ones Play.com or Amazon use.

I've tried Viking Direct and Lyreco and checked out the Avery website but so far have had no luck.

Would anyone even know what the correct name for this would be? Or better still would anyone know where I could get them?

A quick google throws up these guys, who claim to be able to customise labels to your needs — might be worth giving them a ring?

Thanks Doc. I'd found them too but they just to thermal transfer labelling
