sound proofing wooden floors

Hi,

I'm buying a first floor 2 bed room apt and want to put wood down throughout but I've been told by the management company that if there are any complaints about noise, they have the right to force me to take the floors out.

I'd prefer wood floors but obviously I don't want to annoy my new neighbours with noise or risk having to pull up my floors.

Can anyone recommend sound proofing material or companies that would allow me to put wooden floors in without waking the neighbours?

I'm in a rented apt at the moment with wooden floors with no difficulties but my new apartment and the management company seem to be particularly stringent.

If you get someone to stick it down with something like Sika AcouBond System you will have no problem with sound.
