Sound but no picture on sky

There is sound but no picture, just a blank screen, on all channels up as far as 133. From there on things are perfect. Any ideas as to what might be the cause?
 
this happens to me at least twice a week.what i have to do is turn off tv and unplug sky.wait and restart everything.when it 1st happened i called sky and was told i was probably pressing the channels to fast (dont know abot that). anyways....she told me to unplug everything,wait and then turn it all on.it worked so now i have to keep doing this every time theres no picture.check the scart at back of tv also.

Just a slightly different query..

Does anyone know how to programme the Sky remote.

We lost the facility to adjust the volume etc.. when we added a second remote to an upstairs TV.

Neither remote will adjust the volume now. Maybe its a general fault with sky remotes and programming of them is not possible.

You can use interactive to find the correct code for your tv .

Go to 'interactive - sky active- help centre - set up my remote - ...........and follow the prompts , until you come to your tv make and model .
