A Kerryman recieved an email from what he thought was Google last week. The mail asked him to update his account details which he did.
Soon afterwards all his friends recieved a message from his gmail account with the subject "Need your help urgently".
The mail claimed to be from the Keryman and claimed that he had been reported to the police in Nigeria and neded a loan of US$2,000 to help him get home. In fact he had never left the country.
The first he heard of it was when scores of concerned friends phoned him.
