Hi, I have videos on my phone and I cannot download them onto computer, I have tried via the cable that came with phone and using a "dongle" ?? - can transfer photos but not videos. Anyone any ideas how to fix this, the shop I bought phone from just sold me the dongle, not a lot of help and the videos have real sentimental value on them so dont want to loose them, thanks for any help.

I did instal the programme stil not working, at wits end, babys first steps on the phone.
 
ok, you can transfer photos so there is no connection issue.

Reconnect the phone up with the lead. When done go to My Computer. You should then see an Icon for your phone. Right click and Explore. You will then need to search the directories to where the videos are stored.

You can then copy and paste them into a new / existing folder on your computer.
 
Hey Manto, followed your instructions and I think I have the video downloaded onto a memory stick which I intend bringing into vid shop tomorrow and getting them to put onto DVD for me, i have had enough of Technology!!

Does your phone and computer have bluetooth?

If so you may be able to transfer them from the phone using that.
